Her Deli Manager, Megan, calls her an exemplary team member who constantly strives to do her very best. Julie has an incredibly infectious personality that spills over into absolutely everything she does, making the store a brighter place for everyone. Whether she's assembling the perfect sandwiches and salads or making delicious donuts, she loves the work she does. In fact, her absolute favorite part of the day is simply spending time with her wonderful coworkers and amazing customers. 🥪🥗🍩

Julie's passion for her team is so strong that she even considers working at Town Pump to be one of her top hobbies! (Which, seriously what an incredible honor, we're blushing 😊!) When Julie does step away for some well-deserved downtime, you might be able to find her diving into a great book, or packing her bags to travel and seek out new adventures. 📖✈️

Wearing her Town Pump vest and name badge with pride, Andrea is coming up on her one-year anniversary with the team and absolutely loves thriving in a fast-paced, always-busy environment. She is deeply dedicated to helping customers to the very best of her ability and collaborating seamlessly with her coworkers. 🏪

We are thrilled to shine the employee spotlight on Jeff, our stupendous Deli Manager at Belgrade 3 on Main Street! 🌟

Celebrating one year of service with us, "Chef Jeff" is a true testament to the Town Pump philosophies of promoting from within and mentoring advancement. He originally started out as a part-time cooler stocker and quickly took on the deli lead with incredible enthusiasm. His General Manager, Andrew, notes that Jeff has built an amazing team and created a truly fun working environment, making the store very fortunate to have him on board. 🥪✨

When he is wearing his name badge and running the kitchen, Jeff loves the camaraderie he shares with his staff and takes immense pride in seeing the delicious products he creates sell to our happy customers. Outside of work, he is always ready for an adventure. Whether he is cruising, casting a line flyfishing, bow hunting in the great outdoors, or planning his next exciting getaway to Las Vegas, Jeff brings great energy to everything he does! 🎣🎲

All hail Andrew, fantastic member of the Maintenance team at Town Pump Lolo 2 on the north end of town! Over the past nine months, Andrew has proven himself to be an absolute powerhouse when it comes to keeping things running smoothly. He truly embraces the unique challenges of the job—especially when it comes to changing out pump parts, which he says always find a way to keep the day interesting! 🔧⛽

The store's General Manager, Bud, praises the incredible energy Andrew brings to the store. From his very first day, Bud says he has been an amazing part of the crew, always clocking in with a big smile and a contagiously positive attitude that uplifts everyone around him. 😁✨

When he isn't busy tackling maintenance projects, Andrew is a man of strategy and creativity. You can often find him mastering the art of origami, gathering friends for a lively night of card and tabletop games, or unwinding by diving into his favorite video games. 🕹️🃏

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Jacob, the fantastic Assistant Manager at our Helena 1 location at Prospect & Montana Avenue! Over his 3½ years with us, Jacob has proven that building a great atmosphere is all about connecting with people. He thrives on customer service interactions and loves coordinating with his fun, friendly team members. His General Manager, Clayton, is incredibly grateful for Jacob's invaluable support during a recent management transition. Clayton specifically highlighted how Jacob has stepped up to expertly manage everything with the coolers and vendors! 🥤👏

When he isn't keeping the store running smoothly, Jacob is a man of many epic quests and talents 🐉.
