This customer was complaining of a horrible smell in the cab of the vehicle. After investigating this is what we found, the battery was over 175 degrees and giving off a sulfur type odor. Several hours after removing the battery from the vehicle it was still smoking hot. We changed the battery, disinfected her vents and sent her on her way.

A customer from another shop brought his truck to us, complaining of a persistent vibration at all speeds. Despite being told he needed new axles and bearings and that the vehicle couldn't be safely lifted, we successfully lifted it and resolved the issue by torquing the left front wheel, all for under $75. Just like that we have a customer for life.

Yep, that was definitely the cause of misfire on cylinder 1.
