🔥 THIS IS THE ONE. 🔥
After the wreck… after the rebuild… Phoenix finally fires again.
Today’s video is one of the biggest moments we’ve had on this channel — we finally get the Steve Morris Engines SML lit off in the car. It wasn’t smooth (we had flames 😅 and sensor issues), but we pushed through it and brought Phoenix back to life.
On top of that, we wrapped up major plumbing, finished out the fuel cell, and checked off a TON of work just to get to this moment. When it fired… man, it sounded unreal.
This might honestly be bigger than the wreck itself — because this is the comeback.

This is a huge milestone in the rebuild of our record-setting Mustang, and honestly one of the most emotional moments we’ve had since the crash. Seeing that SML sitting in the car just hits different.

We also knock out a bunch of small details — hoses, fittings, prep work — but make no mistake…
