Same customer came in 3 different times 3 different vehicles then disputed his card transaction and some how we lost the dispute, it’s people like this that bring the ghetto out of me I try very hard to keep that side of me locked up so I can be a better business man, father, husband and son. There’s not much I can do now but learn my lesson we will now require more information from customers before scheduling your appointments I’m sorry but I can’t have disputes like this happen ever again not only has our business suffered but our family’s as well and at the end of the day this is what we work hard for to be able to provide for our family’s with our sacrificing our time to be with them, we hope you all understand our new business policy’s moving forward 🤙
