NOW HIRING - PERFORMANCE TECHNICIAN
North Texas High Performance is looking for an experienced Performance Technician to join our team in Justin, Texas.

This is NOT a general repair shop.
No basic oil changes. No commuter car line work. No hack jobs. Fun stuff, projects, high dollar builds.
We build high-end performance vehicles, engine packages, swaps, suspension setups, fuel systems, driveline combinations, forced induction builds, cam packages, wheels/tires, brakes, dyno prep, and more.
If you take pride in your work, pay attention to details others miss, and actually care about doing things correctly the first time, we want to talk to you.
If you cut corners, constantly make excuses, need babysitting, or think “good enough” is acceptable, this is not the shop for you.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a dealership or performance shop
• Own tools required
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical ability and fast learner
• Must be organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work on late-model GM, Ford, and Dodge performance platforms
• Fabrication/wiring/tuning knowledge is a plus
• Quality and craftsmanship matter more than rushing jobs out the door
