Wheels Helping Heroes Foundation The Foundation`s sole purpose is to provide assistance to First Responders in need through giveaways. He is too proud to ask for assistance from anyone.

I Founded Wheels Helping Heores when my loving husband was injured in the line of duty after 25 plus years of serving the community as a Firefighter/Paramedic and retiring(disabled)from his Lieutenant position. He had recently become a father to our son prior to becoming 100% disabled. This is when I decided to to take things into my own hands. As a Registered Nurse myself for 20 plus years, I dec

ided instead of asking people for donations, that I would put together giveaways. For those who do not know, those web sites that people donate money to, take from eight percent and much higher of the total donations. I have chosen to give away items that individuals would not normally go buy themselves, the giveaways are attached to a ticket confirmation number to one of our events/meet and greets. We then give directly to individuals, organizations that need assistance. We attempt to keep this to individuals that serve the community,(Firefighters,Paramedics,Law Enforcement, Nurses) Although it is not strictly limited to any of the listed(and it is also not limited to just our two legged member of service. We believe in taking care of our four legged fur brother and sisters too). My Husband has made himself a promise that he would not let this defeat him, and more importantly he would not let this take him from his family. So I have made a promise that I would do everything possible to make his treatments current and future possible for him.

Good morning Friends, Family, And Followers. I am saddened to be sharing this post with you this morning, We have notified everyone that was supportive and purchased tickets for the raffle but we were falling far too short of the goal to help. The giveaway would have put us close to $25,000.00 further away from the goal if we continued. So we are refunding everyone their money that has purchased a ticket and canceling this drawing. This does not mean by any means that we are giving up, that is the furthest thing from our minds. We are going to regroup, make a more solid plan and we are going to poll all our followers to see what would interest the majority. Please stay tuned to the page for updates and help us grow, remember our mission was not only to help get Mark the help he so badly needs, but the Foundations goal was to help other First Responders ( but without your help we can not help others ).
For everyone that has helped us trying to meet our goal and have helped get the word out, I want to personally thank each and everyone of you. The list is long and I hope that I can count on you again in the future.

Friends and Followers, we need your help we are trying to reach our first goal with this Giveaway. We have hit a few hurdles along the way but we will not let that detour us. We need your help getting this out because every time we try to reach you we have to pay to reach you and the rest of our followers ( this is setting us back a little from reaching the goal ) if you are getting these messages please help us and share it with your Friends.
