🚨📢 PSA FROM RAM TRANSPORT 🚨

We’ve always believed in being upfront and honest with the people who trust us with their vehicles, equipment, and belongings.

Since day one, Ram Transport has NEVER charged our customers a fuel surcharge. Even through fluctuating fuel prices, we have done everything possible to absorb those increases ourselves and keep our transportation rates as fair and competitive as possible.

Unfortunately, Diesel fuel prices continue to climb, and with the latest increases we are reaching a point where we may no longer be able to absorb the additional cost entirely on our own.

If fuel prices continue moving in this direction, we may have no choice but to temporarily incorporate a fuel surcharge on future transports until prices return to more reasonable levels.

Please understand that this is not something we take lightly, nor is it something we want to do—especially in an economy where we know families and businesses are already feeling the pressure of rising costs everywhere they turn.

Transportation is an industry that is heavily affected by the cost of fuel. When fuel prices rise dramatically, the cost of keeping our trucks on the road and continuing to provide the safe, dependable service our customers expect rises right along with it.

If a fuel surcharge becomes necessary, we promise to remain transparent about it. This would not be an opportunity to increase profits—it would simply be a temporary measure to help offset extraordinary fuel costs and keep our trucks moving. When fuel prices come back down, the surcharge would come back down with them.

We sincerely appreciate every person who has trusted Ram Transport, recommended us, shared our posts, or supported our business. We don’t take your business for granted, and we will continue doing everything we can to provide reliable transportation at the fairest price possible.
