General information
Lot rent is $275 per month...this does include trash If you need an extra trashcan it is $10 per month. There are absolutely no PIT BULLS allowed in the court. We have a community pool that will be open throughout the summer. The hours are from 10am to 10pm..anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We currently have 2 bedroom mobile available for rent as of March 1, 2011: rental price is listed as $550 per month..this includes mobile rent, lot rent, and trash.
