Spring is in the air and it’s time for a community reset! 🌻🧹🍃

Spring Cleaning weekend starts Friday, April 22nd and will be going on ALL WEEKEND!

On Saturday, we will have a special clean-up event, with complimentary cleaning supplies (like trash bags and gloves!) as well as an extra dumpster and curbside trash pickup for bagged trash 🚛

Avoid fines by not disposing of tires, large appliances, batteries, gasoline or other hazardous materials in the dumpsters please 😊

Don’t forget, if you win Yard of the Month, you’ll get one month off rent! 🥳

Check in is at 7:00am for cats and 7:30am for dogs.
