Over the past several months, weâve made some of the biggest changes in ABFâs history.
Not because anything was brokenâŠ
Because we refuse to settle.
Our goal is simple:
Get the majority of our products shipping within 5 business days while continuing to build the quality weâre known for.
Getting there has meant changing almost everything behind the scenesâour team, our shop layout, our processes, and the way we train.
Right now Iâm personally filling in for powder coating and sandblasting while also training our new shipping team. Itâs definitely stretched us thin at times, but every change weâre making is focused on creating a better experience for every customer who trusts ABF.
Growth isnât always smooth, and weâve had our share of challenges along the way. But weâre already seeing the results, and weâre excited about where weâre headed.
