While she's officially been on the Roper Kia team for seven years, Madi has truly grown up here. As part of the Roper family, this dealership has always been home, and it's been a joy to watch her step into her own role and help shape the culture that makes Roper Kia so special.

Whether she's creating social media content, planning our monthly birthday and work anniversary celebrations, organizing team events, or jumping in wherever she's needed, Madi brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and a genuine desire to make both our employees and our guests feel valued. Although he's only been with the Roper Kia family for a little under a year, Trent has already made such a lasting impact. From spending time on our Sales team to now serving our customers as one of our Service Advisors, he's brought the same dedication, enthusiasm, and heart to every role.
