I didn't get any before shots. But this customer's key wouldn't go into the ignition. I was able to get it to go in but it would no longer turn the lock cylinder. I purchased a new cylinder and before installation, I tried to turn it over with a screw driver and still had the same issue. Apparently the steering wheel lock was preventing the cylinder from turning. So unfortunately we had to replace the entire cylinder lock housing. A new one is about 400, so we opted to buy a used unit off of eBay and use the new lock cylinder with it. After getting it installed and programmed he is now back on the road with everything working as it was intended. Another happy customer.
