Tennmotors is seeking a reliable, energetic, and dedicated Lot Attendant / Dealership Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring our inventory is well-managed and our dealership looks its best. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who takes pride in their performance and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Logistics: Safely transport vehicles to and from local repair shops, detailers, and service centers.
Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and visually appealing for customer.
Inventory Management: Routinely arrange and align vehicles on the lot to maximize display space.
Special Projects: Assist the owner with small, hands-on facility projects and miscellaneous lot tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
Energy & Drive: High energy level and a strong willingness to work hard physically outdoors.
Communication: Ability to follow detailed directions and work independently.
