Cadence Truck & Trailers Leasing is expanding and we are looking for a reliable and motivated Rental Fleet Assistant to join our growing team.

✅ Requirements:
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – REQUIRED
• Fluent in English and Russian – REQUIRED
• Experience with trailers or trucking industry preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Assist with trailer pick-ups and returns
• Perform basic equipment inspections
• Support rental department operations
• Communicate with customers regarding equipment
• Help coordinate fleet movement and yard organization
