We are proud to celebrate the vessel crews who have achieved safety excellence in the 2025 GOAL ZERO Vessel Recognition Program.

This program honors crews who complete a full calendar year without a Recordable Incident (RI), Lost Time Injury (LTI), or Man Overboard (MOB). Earning GOAL ZERO reflects each crew’s strong commitment to safe operations, accountability, and professionalism. Every qualifying vessel will fly the GOAL ZERO flag for the year. This flag symbolizes a spotless safety record and demonstrates the crew’s dedication to protecting their teammates, the environment, and company assets.

The dedication, sacrifice, and effort of the CBC and IMT families are the backbone of our every success and the reason our country and industry continue to move forward.

As part of AWO’s National Standdown Day, we are pausing to reflect on the responsibility each of us carries to prevent falls overboard in every role on and around the water. The work we do is important, but nothing is more important than doing it safely.

Safety is not just the absence of incidents; it is the presence of capacity. Our responsibility is to make sure that every watch, every hitch, every shift, and every day are carried out with the fundamental mindset of "My job is to work safely."
