Today, we have the privilege of celebrating someone who has been an incredibly important part of our company for the past 25 years—Marty.
Twenty-five years is an amazing milestone. It represents dedication, commitment, hard work, and countless memories. And when you think about Marty’s 25 years with us, there is certainly no shortage of stories and memories!
For many of those years, Marty was the friendly face at our front desk, serving as our secretary and being one of the first people customers and employees encountered. Over the past five years, she has brought that same warmth and dedication to our Customer Service department.
Marty is truly a wealth of knowledge. If you have a question, chances are Marty either knows the answer—or knows exactly who to ask. And if you have a few extra minutes, she may even have a great story to go along with the answer!
Marty brings knowledge, personality and, humor, wherever she goes. But perhaps one of Marty’s greatest contributions is the way she helps others. She has been invaluable to our CS department by training our new hires. She patiently shares her knowledge and experience, helping new employees learn the ropes and feel confident in their roles.
And then there are our customers. They love Marty because she genuinely cares. Her kind, caring demeanor comes through every time she answers the phone. She has a way of making people feel heard, respected, and taken care of—and that is something you simply cannot teach.
Thank you for 25 years of dedication. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Thank you for training and mentoring others.
