For those who might wonder why I do this, below is a recent sailing request and the later review of the sailing day from my client. They were great to have on board.

"Hi! I'm interested in booking a private sail for my family, and I just wanted to give you a little context before booking.
The main reason for this trip is my dad. He's 81 and spent many years sailing when he was younger. Lately he's been saying he'd love "one last sail," so I'd really like to make that happen for him."

"Our trip on Captain Dave’s boat was beautiful and everything we were hoping for! Before booking, I reached out to Dave to explain that we wanted to take my elderly dad sailing, as sailing was something he used to really enjoy. I shared some of my dad’s limitations and the accommodations he would need. Dave responded right away and assured me that we could safely get him on board and make the trip happen for our family. Dave was incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. The views of the city skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the various bridges were spectacular, and most importantly, the trip was everything my dad was hoping it would be. It’s clear that Dave is a very experienced captain who runs a tight ship while still making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. This was a really special experience for our family, and I highly recommend sailing with Captain Dave! "
