Getting better about posting our work — this one is a Cat CS-563 center hitch we handled onsite: line boring and bore welding using and .

Pin size was 2.997. Bores were pre-cut, bore-welded with two passes, and final-cut to 3.000.

Proud that we can handle jobs like this start-to-finish without outsourcing — disassembly, line boring, reassembly, and even a couple hydraulic hoses. Customer’s happy and already has more work lined up.

Complete teardown and center pivot rebuild on this John Deere 724 loader. We split the machine at the articulation joint to fix worn hitch bores. Line boring was done on-site using our own setup, followed by installation of new bushings , bearings/ races and pins. Bores were brought back to spec for a proper bearing fit. This job tightened up the articulation and brought the machine back to solid working condition. Proud to have done it all ourselves — looking forward to more line boring work ahead.

Cut your self in, weld your way out. No better way to put your d1.1 cert to the test by gouging out 2.5" steel and fully pe*******on and clean up along the way. Running Lincoln ultracore / dual shield . If I would ov done it differently I wouldve ran solid wire as a root , but thats room improvement next time, 28 v 545 ipm

Best part about it is seeing your root passes on the other side 😎
