Thank you for the feedback from the 84 of you who attended the March 2020 MLD. 50% voted either day; 48 % voted May 16/17, and only 1% 9/10 and 1 % “cannot attend” Easy decision for May 16/17
Oklahoma Governor announced TODAY 4/22 that sporting venues can reopen May 1 if they follow social distancing and sanitation protocols. Hallett is ready, BUT everyone must do his/her part.

Gates open Friday evening 5 to 9 for early arrivals. Sat/Sun gates open 7, meeting at 8:30 in the Pavilion, 9:00 on track with advanced, 9:20 intermediate, and 9:40 Novice/HART, repeating
NOTICE: Please follow these COVID-19 safety guidelines during your visit to Hallett
All individuals should maintain 8' personal space from others at all times. Hugs should be virtual ones.
Finish Line Cafe will be offering CALL IN @ 918-428-6647 with Cafe backdoor pickup only. You may also bring your own food/drinks with you, but Dawn would sure LOVE to have the business.
Tower will be CLOSED. Registration will be handled via the window by Connie/Karen desks. Please do not gather closely in the line. Instructors will meet with the students in the Pavilion or near Garage C.
Bathrooms/showers will be OPEN. Each individual should wipe/clean all areas touched BEFORE AND AFTER each visit. Disinfectant materials provided by Hallett. Out of respect for others please do not remove these items from their stations. As you know these materials are hard to come by these days recommend that our patrons bring their own PPE as well. Only 1 person allowed in bathroom facility at a time. There is sanitizer in all port-a-johns.
Bring whatever else PPE you need to feel comfortable (mask, hand sanitizer, tissues, etc).
Please do not bring excess people/friends that are not needed to be here.
There are plenty of race ports available so everyone can be shaded and on concrete. The space under each awning is 24' X 30' so no more than 6 bikes in each roof, while still maintaining proper distance.
Need a bed? Holiday Express in Sand Springs for the special Hallett rate; they have blocked rooms for all the COMMA/HST events, so reserve soon. Guests can use Hallett COMMA/HST #1 or call the hotel at 918-419-2700 and give the front desk clerk arrival and departure dates. Let me know if you have any questions. We also recommend the Victorian Inn in Cleveland 918-358-3531. Ask for Maria.
