For 25 years, Danny was more than an employee, he was a valued colleague, a trusted friend, and an important part of the Peach State family.
His years with us were marked by dedication, kindness, hard work, and the relationships he built along the way. While we mourn his passing, we are grateful for the many memories and the lasting impact he leaves behind.
He are a few words from some of Danny's closest colleagues:

"Danny was such a wonderful person and colleague. He was truly one of those rare people who made a difference simply by being himself—kind, caring, dedicated, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
He was an incredible coworker who could always be counted on, and his generosity, positive spirit, and genuine kindness touched so many people around him. His dedication to his work and to the people he worked with was truly admirable."

"We lost someone truly special, and it's hard to put into words what Danny meant to so many of us. He was the kind of mentor who took the time to share his experience with us. He was patient with guys learning the trade because he genuinely wanted to see the people around him grow and succeed. Beyond that, he was a real friend, someone steady you could count on no matter what kind of day it was. He brought a calm, grounded presence to our company that made everyone around him better. He always treated customers and employees like friends and family, because to him this was never just a business. It was about the relationships, the trust, and doing right by folks. We're grateful for every bit of time we got with him, and his fingerprints are all over the way we do things in our business today.
I will never forget the day he and I made a day trip to Savannah to help a customer. On the way down, I could tell he kept looking at his phone. I asked him if everything was okay, and he told me he was waiting on a call from his family, that his granddaughter was going to be born within the next twelve hours or so. I gave him a hard time for even agreeing to go that day. We made that trip to Savannah and back home in what had to be record time. Danny was always willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of everyone around him. He will truly be missed."

In loving memory.
