I originally purchased what I believed was a Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid, but while Keith was helping me set everything up, we realized the vehicle was actually the gas model. Before I even had a chance to be upset, Keith was already working to make it right. He and the team quickly located the exact Calligraphy Hybrid I wanted, honored the original deal, kept my payment the same, and made sure I got the vehicle I came in for.

What impressed me most wasn't that a mistake happened, because mistakes can happen anywhere. It was how they handled it.
