Lakeway Tire & Service

10/01/2026

Due to the impending inclement weather, we’ve made the difficult decision to reschedule the 49th Annual Jasper–Lake Sam Rayburn Area Chamber of Commerce Butterfly Festival to Saturday, October 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We want everyone to enjoy a wonderful festival day without worrying about the weather. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. The location, displays, and activities will remain the same!

A little excitement in Lumberton today! 😳

09/02/2026

*update: Power was restored this evening in Woodville. All locations should be back to normal hours on Thursday. Prayers for those who are flooded in our area.

Woodville has NO power, we will update as we can.

Lumberton is open but a lot of water on the roads, travel safe.

Jasper, business as normal. Call Jasper if we can answer any questions. 409-384-6868.

🚨🔥 BURN BAN IN EFFECT — JASPER COUNTY 🔥🚨

Jasper County has issued a BURN BAN effective immediately.

🚫 No outdoor burning
🚫 No burn piles
🚫 No burning trash or brush
🚫 No open campfires

With conditions dry, it doesn’t take much for a fire to get out of control and threaten homes, property, and our community.

Please help us help you — DO NOT BURN until the burn ban has been lifted.

Stay safe, Jasper County!
