We were traveling through from out of town when recognized a serious concern with the U joint of our 2016 Ram 2500, it needed a replacement before we could safely continue up north. We found ourselves in quite the dilemma after attempting to replace it in an O’rileys parking lot, and just did not having enough of a ball joint press to get it done. We found ourselves at the point of no return!
After being turned down by multiple shops to even look at the job, we were starting to loose hope. I called J&S and threw up a prayer, and was so relieved and grateful to be treated like an old friend when Robert picked up. He answered with willingness and openly excepted the challenge that most said was “hefty” and needed a to be scheduled a day out. Robert went out of his way to wait on us to arrive, and stayed after hours to help complete breaking the U joint loose, and replacing the old with the new so we could get back on the road. He was accommodating and laid back through the entire process.
Robert absolutely saved the day, and got us back on the road safely for our Labor Day trip within 30 minutes. Robert is a man of a dying breed, and truly cares about what he can offer the community with his trade experience. We couldn’t have paid him enough to commend his character! 🇺🇸 💪🏼
