3 YEARS ALREADY?? I LOVED my job at Frank Fletcher Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Jonesboro (in Jonesboro AR). I went to the interview and guaranteed the GM I would be the #1 sales person my first month. (Even tho I had never EVER been in sales before - much less worked for a car dealership). I nailed the interview somehow - and as I promised I was the #1 salesperson my first month with 26+ sold cars - out of 18 salesman.... and not only did I accomplish that my first month I consecutively was #1 SEVEN MONTHS in a row!! Had never happened for a woman ever before in the chain of Fletcher dealerships. Gosh what fun that was ...

16+ hours a day I worked. Worked my off days ... except Sunday we were closed ... I so enjoyed seeing my customers get the vehicle they wanted or needed ... so many cases were people that didn’t think it would be possible ...
