📞 Apparently Pam Needed a Mental Health Day… 😂

We’re currently having some issues with our phones, and for some reason Pam, our AI assistant, decided she needed some PTO… without clearing it with the team first. 🤦‍♀️😂

Our team is working on getting everything back up and running as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we track down our runaway AI employee. 😉

In the meantime, if you need us, feel free to stop in and see us! Or gives us a call, choose a different department other than scheduling, and we’ll get you connected to the right team.

Pam… your PTO request is DENIED. 😂

Another beautiful Subaru headed home! 🎉💙

Today we had the pleasure of helping a longtime customer into a brand-new 2026 Subaru Forester! 🚙✨

Congratulations to Joyce Anderson on her beautiful new Forester! We are so grateful she chose Shults Nissan Subaru and trusted our team to make the process easy and enjoyable.

There’s something pretty special about seeing a happy customer standing beside their brand-new vehicle—and even better when we get to share that moment with someone who has chosen us for their automotive needs. ❤️

Thank you for choosing Shults! We hope you love every mile in your new Forester!

🎉 Help us wish Sean Larson a very happy 58th birthday! 🎉

Sean has been part of the Shults family since he was just 16 years old — that’s over four decades of dedication, loyalty, and countless memories made along the way. His commitment to our customers, our team, and our family business has been truly special.

From the early days to today, Sean has been a familiar face and an important part of what makes Shults what it is. We are incredibly thankful for all the years, laughs, hard work, and friendship he has given us.

Of course, we couldn’t let a milestone birthday go by without having a little fun… so we had some look-alikes stop by to help celebrate! 😂

Please join us in wishing Sean a very happy 58th birthday! 🎂🎈

Here’s to many more years of memories, success, and maybe a few more “surprise visitors” along the way!
