You literally pass three signs that say Road is closed yet 100 cars had to turn around in the road today. And then people started driving through the park so the city had to put barriers in the park. Sad that the people of jamestown will damage property cause of there own ignorance. In what world does a road closed sign not mean that the road is closed. It says "ROAD CLOSED" not Road closed to everyone except YOU. It was fun today watching the frustration of people trying to all turn around when there's 10 cars in a line.

And we have dirtbag number 1. Video didn't turn out good from phone recording bit pretty clear on the camera system. Anyone recognize him? Obviously not that bright, let's stare right at a camera while standing under a light
