It's fun, it's exciting, and it's action packed, but the track is nothing without you! We race Saturday Nights at the Stutsman County Fairground in Jamestown, ND. The regular race season starts in May and runs through the end of August. Additionally, we end the season in September with the annual Stock Car Stampede, an event that has been running for 50 years and is entering it's 51st year. Weekly

racing action features Central Dakota Pure Stocks (Bombers), INEX Legends, WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, WISSOTA Street Stocks, IMCA Modifieds, and Slingshots. Special events include NOSA 410 Sprint Cars, Wissota NLRA Late Models, Jeff Carpenter Memorial Race, Don Gumke Racers' Memorial, the Dakota Classic Modified Tour, Steffes Wissota Street Stock Tour, the REBEL Wissota Midwest Modified Touring Series, and the long running Jamestown Stock Car Stampede each September! Race Times (Unless Otherwise Noted):
- Pit Gates Open: 4:00 PM
- Grandstands Open: 5:30 PM
- Draw Cutoff: 6:00 PM
- Racing Starts: 7:00 PM

Nightly Activities:
- Kid Activities: Kids Wheel (6:45 PM Pre-Race Prize Wheel) & Junior Trophy Presenters
- Adult Prizes: Drawings throughout the race night for prizes

Look at all of the Happy Junior Race Fans! Thank you so much to the UJ Booster Club and the Jimmie's football team for providing an awesome night at the races with football, 50/50 raffle (Over $970 to the winner!), and lots of backpacks. It was a very fun night!

In total, we had 107 cars in attendance on Saturday night, which was an awesome car count. The stands were pretty full on Saturday night and the fans enjoyed some very good racing. Thank you to all of the drivers, fans, volunteers, and supporters of dirt track around the Jamestown area for coming out for racing. It truly takes so much support and we appreciate all of you!

It was also the INEX Legends Season Championship race night as they are off next week Saturday for the Legends Special and WOO Sprint Car show in West Fargo. It was great to see 22 INEX Legends on Saturday night and congratulations to the 2026 Season Champion Austin Wiest #471 on a great season in Jamestown.

Only one more week remains for the Regular 2026 Racing Season and it is Fan Appreciation Night with the Kuchen Special presented by Emma Kuchen's LLC and The Grateful Plate ND. Bombers, Wissota Midwest Modifieds, Wissota Street Stocks, IMCA Modifieds, and Jr. Slingshots will be in attendance with racing action starting at 7 PM on Saturday, August 29th. Final race before the 55th Annual Stock Car Stampede on September 25th and 26th, so let's end the regular season with a bang next weekend.

Congratulations to the IMCA Modified feature winner Lindsey Hansen and second place runner-up Andy Kapp on UJ Booster Club night. Lindsey has had a tough season and it was his 1st win of 2026. A good field of 16 IMCA Modifieds were in attendance tonight.

Congratulations to the Gerdau Recycling Wissota Midwest Modified feature winner Lucas Rodin and runner-up Jaren Wibstad. Tough break for Brennon Weight who broke while leading but Lucas capitalized for his 1st win in Jamestown this season. Very nice race in the Wissota Midwest Modified feature and it was a great battle between Kyle Anderson and Jaren Wibstad for second throughout the last half of the feature.

It takes a LOT of people behind the scenes to make a Saturday night at the Jamestown Speedway happen — and tonight we wanted to make sure they know just how much we appreciate them. ❤️🏁

Our staff and volunteers give their time, energy, talents, and plenty of long hours to keep everything running — often doing jobs that most race fans never even see. From preparing the facility and track, to the gates, concessions, scoring, safety, cleanup and everything in between… we simply could not do this without this incredible group of people.

It is great day for racing in Jamestown! Come out tonight and enjoy Championship Night for the INEX Legends Points for 2026 along with Back to School Night presented by the UJ Booster Club at 7:00 PM. The season points are very tight in several classes going into tonight as the points season is closing out.

We’re excited to welcome the UJ Jimmie Football Team to the Jamestown Speedway this Saturday! They’ll be hanging out with the fans and giving away backpacks to kids during the races along with doing the 50/50 raffle! Let's show our support tonight for the Jimmie's!🧡🖤
