I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews but on June 17, 2020 I bought a new 2020 Toyota Tundra 4wd 1794 Edition from Toyota Hillside with the most reliable sales man, Mr. Christian Polanco. The experience was incredible, Mr. Polanco and Mr. Ventura(from the finance dept) helped our dream come true after we were turn down by QueensboroToyota (THEY ARE THE WORSE). Mr. Polanco, Mr. Ventura and the manager, Mr.Sal were upfront and honest about everything and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in the area then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. 5+++++++++ STARS!!!!

Before purchasing any of the floor models. Do yourself a favor and conduct a full inspection of the interior. You have people and their kids, who sit in these cars and turn it into a park bench. After wheeling and dealing for approx. 6 hrs, I left with the car at 9pm, and did not see the mess inside the car until the next day. Passenger side seat had stains on it, so did the side of one door. One of the cup holders had about 1/2 inch of water in it. The dash along with the instrumentation looked like it was in a dust storm. The manuals appeared to have been dunked in a bathtub full of water. Blood stains appeared on the first few pages of one of the manuals. Beware, before signing any of the paper work, ask to see the financial officer because after shaking hands on a set monthly payment, all of a sudden extra taxes were added on at the end. All I got at the end was "sorry" Will not recommend this dealership to family/friends.

Hit a pothole on my way to work and destroyed one of my tires. Called Toyota to see if they could squeeze me in to replace my tire and check for any damage. Not only did they squeeze me in, they replaced my tire, checked for suspension damage and did not try to take advantage of my situation by telling me I needed additional repairs. I will continue to take my car to Hillside!!!!!!

I just bought my new, fabulous, Camry from Hillside Toyota! Their sales staff and management are amazing: major kudos to my sales associate Shakim Butler for spending an entire day...8 hours...until I decided exactly the color of car and interior I wanted. To the business manager Tak Wong who helped financially; and to Salvatore Amendola, the general manager of Hillside Toyota! After receiving my car, I wasn’t happy with the choice of seat color; imagine my relief when I heard “No problem” and “I want you to be happy”!!! I had a loaner for 2 days, and today took possession of the Camry of my dreams! It’s GORGEOUS! Thank you, thank you, one and all. And I can strongly recommend their service department, too. They kept my previous Camry going for over 11 years. 5 STARS!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you service your car at Hillside Toyota, you never have to worry about failing NYS Inspection!!!!
2 hours and counting for an oil change, when you have an 8:15am appointment for an oil change you don't expect it to take this long. Thank you for completely ruining my day.
