2016 Dodge Durango R/T in with an a/c system leak and a coolant leak. Both the radiator and the a/c condenser were leaking and needed to be replaced. The driver side engine mount was also separating causing excessive engine movement. New components installed, oil & filter changed, and back on the road 👉

2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 3.2

This jeep had been sitting for about 2 years. It was parked after it overheated and the owners thought it blew a head gasket. They dropped it off to us and we discovered that the radiator cracked and that's why it originally overheated. Upon further inspection we found some oil leaks and hoses that needed to be replaced, amongst other things. Overall, it was in good shape!

-New battery
-New radiator & coolant/heater hoses
-New valve cover gaskets
-Spark plugs
-Replacement oil filter/oil cooler housing
-Oil & filter changed
-Front lower control arms & ball joints
-Two new tires
-New front & rear brake pads and rotors
-Brake fluid flush
-Engine & cabin air filters

Over an hour of run time so far and it's doing great!

We had fun with this 2019 Ram 2500!

This one came in having some issues with the a/c system. It was taken to another shop previously where a new compressor and one a/c line was installed, but it still was not working properly.

We took a look at it and found a leak coming out of the evaporator core indicated by the evidence of green dye on the firewall coming out of the evaporator drain tube. Further investigating led us to also discover the condenser was leaking up front.

While doing a bit of research we found a service bulletin out for these trucks regarding the interior HVAC housing box having a design flaw from factory which causes poor air conditioning performance due to the air mixing between the heater core and the a/c evaporator while the a/c is on. The proper repair for this is installing the updated HVAC box assembly, harness and control module while servicing for the evaporator. Good thing we read up on that because just throwing an evaporator in it may not have entirely fixed the issue!

Pulled the interior and dashboard out. All new updated HVAC housing parts/harness & control module installed, new expansion valve and new condenser installed. The system is working great now!
