Southern Oregon YSEP We provide a Hands-on Evaluation Class for youth ages 6 - 15, certifying youth to meet state laws for riding quads and dirt bikes on public land.

In 2012 it became mandatory for all youth ages 6 through 15 to complete a hands-on safety evaluation in order to meet State requirements for riding on public land. This is a class which covers an overview of safety information, encouraging youth to ride safe, smart and ethically, in addition to making sure their dirt bike is suitable for their size, and to evaluate their riding skills. rcycle Rider's Association (OMRA) designed the Youth Safety Evaluation Program (YSEP) and is working with the State of Oregon to help our young riders in achieving their required certification for riding on public lands.

Oregon laws require youth ages 6 - 15 to attend a YSEP Hands-On Evaluation Class after completing the online Oregon ATV Safety Education, in order to legally ride quads & dirtbikes on public land in Oregon. We are here to help you meet these requirements through our Youth Safety Evaluation Program, Hands-On Evaluatoin Class.
