Finding oil on your spark plugs or coil packs?

That's usually a sign your valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals have gone bad. It's a very common wear item on Nissans and Infinitis as they age.

If you don't address it, oil pools in the spark plug tubes and makes your plugs and coil packs wear out faster and fail early.

On this one, we replaced the valve cover gaskets and tube seals, plus brake pads and rotors on all four wheels.

Dealer quote: almost $8,000. 😳

This customer's differential was leaking, and the dealership wanted nearly 8 grand to replace it. We sourced a brand-new diff and installed it right in his own garage for a fraction of the cost.

Clunk or vibration from the rear end? Your diff bushings might be done.

On most Nissans and Infinitis, the factory differential bushings are fluid-filled, and with age they crack, tear, and leak. Once they go, the diff can shift around under load, which causes that clunk and puts extra stress on your axles, especially if you track your car.

This 370Z Nismo came in with exactly that. We pulled out the worn OEM bushings and installed Z1 polyurethane bushings for a tighter, more stable rear end 💪🏼

On the 3.7 motors, the water pump unfortunately sits behind the timing cover. So when it leaks or goes bad, you have to go all the way down to the timing chain to replace it. While you're in there, I highly recommend replacing the timing chain and the oil galley gaskets.

The OEM galley gaskets are paper, and when they fail you can lose oil pressure and risk blowing the motor.

This customer came in for a leaky water pump, and I recommended we do the chain and gaskets while I was down there 💪🏼
