Buying a Used Car Guide in Florida:

1. Understand that used cars in Florida are Sold AS-IS as stated on the Buyers Guide. Dealers are allowed to offer 3rd Party Warranties, but that is an extra cost to the buyer.

2. It is the buyers responsibility to test drive the car and look over the car prior to handing over payment. NEVER buy a car if you haven't taken it for a test drive. If you don't test drive it, then it's your fault if something isnt right with the car.

3. There are NO REFUNDS on a bad car sale. If you buy a car, and you have buyers remorse or you think you have a bad deal, then sad to say it, but you are out-of-luck.

4. With our dealership, any car that is 2013 or newer qualifies for a trouble-free extended powertrain warranty. You pick your terms.
