Tip of the week: call the shop when the tow truck's on the way. Never have your vehicle towed to a shop without checking with the shop first. They need to know to look for your car. Especially if it was delivered to the wrong address. 🤣

It is better to call the shop, then to expect the mechanic to answer 15 questions via text message. There are 12 cars ahead of you, and he has to keep stopping to wash his hands so he can text you back. Stop the insanity and just call the shop. He can still wrench and work while he talks to you. Productivity matters. At some point, we will choose working on the customers car that is in front of us over trying to earn your business via text message.

We are deeply saddened and completely crushed by the news of the passing of our dear friend, Russ Conklin. He was a wonderful person with a heart of gold and we loved him. Please keep his beautiful wife and incredible children in your prayers as they face this unimaginable loss. May the peace that surpasses all understanding envelop and hold them fast as they face this. Russ, we love you buddy. RIP.

Tomorrow, Saturday April 4th, we will be closed until around 2pm as we celebrate America 250 at Treaty Oak Park downtown where our son will be delivering his Award Winning Speech on the "Liberty Tree" as the Son's of the American Revolution (SAR) and the City of Jacksonville dedicate the Historic Treaty Oak as an official "Liberty Tree" Ceremony starts at 10am!
