I have a client who has been complaining that the HTV came off of his shirt but his shirt is the only one out of the hundreds I have done for that restaurant. Why because he didn't follow the care tag I put on all of the shirts I do and I tell people to follow the instructions. Said client has admitted to others that he has placed his in a hot drier repeatedly and expected it to hold up.
