Travis usually stays busy in Dexter, Poplar Bluff, and the surrounding areas, but we convinced him to come rescue us for a couple of days. 😅
The hail storms had us falling behind a bit, but thanks to his help we're getting caught back up.
It's a whole lot easier when you've got good people around you. 👊

Today we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives for our country and our freedom. We are incredibly thankful for their sacrifice.
And yes… even we managed to sneak away for two days off 😅
Our first real break since March 30th, and we sure needed it.

We know we’ve been a little quiet on here lately 😅
Since the hail storm, things have been absolutely nonstop for us. We’ve been working 12–15 hour days and have only had one day off since March 30th trying to take care of everyone.
We’re still here, still grinding, and still doing our best to help as many people as we can.
We truly appreciate all the support, patience, and referrals more than you know.

📋 Let's talk about estimates for a second — because this is IMPORTANT and we want everyone to be on the same page! 🙌
An estimate is exactly what the word says — an ESTIMATE. It is not a locked in price, not a bid, and not a final number set in stone. Think of it like going to a body shop after a collision — they write you an estimate, but once they actually get into the repair they often find additional damage that wasn't visible at first glance. When that happens they send what's called a SUPPLEMENT to your insurance company for the additional repairs. This is completely normal and happens every single day in this industry. 👍
Here's how it works on our end 👇
📊 We write the estimate based on what we can see or what they see
🔍 Your insurance adjuster then reviews it and may come back higher OR lower than what we wrote
⬆️ If it's HIGHER — that means they may have found damage we missed and that actually works in your favor!
⬇️ If it's LOWER — that's where we go to work negotiating on your behalf to make sure you are taken care of fairly
✅ Either way when you schedule for repair — we handle it so YOU don't have to stress about it
This is a completely normal part of the process and we have been through it thousands of times. Trust the process and trust us — we will make sure everything gets handled correctly from start to finish. 💪

FREE TIME. We used that term very loosely this week. 😅😂
Honestly though — we wouldn't have it any other way. This is what we do and we love every single minute of it even when we're running on fumes. 💪
