"I had significant work done on my car and from start to finish the team was a dream to work with. I had started to try to make an appointment online and when I didn’t follow through with scheduling the appointment they checked in the next morning and got me in that day. They had a lovely courtesy car for me to use while they made the repairs. They stayed in contact during the duration of the repairs, and, being a woman with little to no knowledge about cars they spoke to me with respect and in a way that made sense to someone unfamiliar with all of the mechanical jargon, which I appreciated. They completed the work quickly and followed up after I’d had a chance to have it back for a couple of days. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely take my car back here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and efficient car servicer in Jackson, MI."

🚨 Our boss has issues... 😂

Apparently it's a problem to:
🎤 Sing randomly at the top of our lungs.
🧼 Make sure every vehicle leaves cleaner than it arrived.
📞 Keep customers updated every step of the way.
☕ Drinks way too much caffeine.
🚗 Test drive it "just one more time" to make sure it's perfect.

We call it having standards. 😎

At Tamrox Automotive, we're a little obsessed with providing extraordinary customer service... and honestly, we're okay with that.

"I recently had my Sprinter-based RV serviced at Tamrox Automotive, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained what they found in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I knew my options before any work was done. It’s refreshing to work with a shop that values clear, honest communication. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it’s obvious they know Sprinter vehicles well. They completed the repairs professionally, and I left feeling confident that my RV was in great shape. If you’re looking for an automotive shop that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Tamrox Automotive. I’ll definitely be returning for future service"
