Who else feels like last week was just the start of spring?! 😊 but here we are…almost July…which means our local fairs are getting ready to begin! Life has been so busy for us and I’m not sure what today’s date even is. I’m going over my calendar and invoices, if a deposit hasn’t been paid I’m sorry to do this but I’ve got to move on to the next person - if you have reached out to me this does not include you - it looks like we will have some availability for the Pike Co & Vinton Co fairs, delivery being later in the day on Saturday

Hello to all of our followers! We hope everyone has had a wonderful and memorable Holiday Season. We are excited and patiently waiting for warmer weather but not before we enjoy one more snow day!
The 2025 season has been a valuable experience for us, being our first year with this venture! With the 2026 season just around the corner, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important policies:

* No smoking and no animals are allowed inside our campers.
* Check-out time is 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
* The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

We really are easy people to get along with and only ask our renters to respect our campers so the next family can enjoy their time as much as you have! Any questions shoot me a call/text … 740 612 2214 or a message! We can’t wait for the upcoming season!

From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank each and every one of our renters from this 2025 season! It has been an AWESOME experience! We hope all of you enjoyed the moments of making memories while in our rentals! I am a very observant person and realize a few things I will make changes to for the 2026 season (I promise nothing that drastic!!). I haven’t been that great on posting here on the business page - we stay super busy (full-time jobs, mom/dad of 4, wife/husband and those unexpected life mishaps) it’s no excuse but trust me we are so very thankful for this amazing 2025 season - I know it’s not over yet!!
