We, unfortunately, don’t get the opportunity to meet many of our amazing customers face-to-face. Mitch often jokes that he would know your RV before he knew your face! So, we thought we’d introduce ourselves and put a face to the name/voice! Mitch has been in the RV industry for over 30 years and began his career at Norcold as a technician. Dawn recently joined the business after retiring from local county government. Dawn handles all administrative functions of the business. When we’re not running the business, we love spending time with our 2 kids and spoiling our 4 grandbabies, camping (of course!) and vacationing in Florida!

TIP: RV air conditioners are sealed systems so that means they cannot be recharged. If a service technician tells you that they can recharge your a/c for you, it will get it working just long enough for them to take your money and drive away.
