I am extremely proud of my DMV team. Last week they started working with a new NYS DMV system - that had glitches and bugs. The staff and customers were all wonderful as they worked through it - and still kept the customers happy!!!

All Department of Motor Vehicles offices across New York State will be closed for a long holiday weekend, including the Tompkins County DMV office on Ithaca's northside, for a systems upgrade DMV officials say will be "sort of like converting a narrow, dirt road into a smooth, multi-lane highway."
