Detailing is my passion, I'll do just about anything you need, I have done Cars, Trucks, RV's, Boats, Motorcycles, Bikes. I really enjoy paint restoration/correction jobs, and teaching customers about paint coatings and how great the protection can be. I always enjoy a Classic car detail. Long story short, I worked on this car about 6 months ago to do a little clean up to post the car for sale. A bunch of things happened during the selling process and the owner decided to keep the car and wanted a more in-depth detail done along with a ceramic coating to give it a great shine and protection. The car now is looking its best and performs just as good and the owner is beyond happy and so glad he didn’t sell the car!

This was a big project to say the least. A car as old as me all original (never been restored). I had some pretty good info on the history of the car before working on it, and had a lot of finesse work to say the least. The car had obviously been detailed before during its 34+ year history, unfortunately there were some remains that made this clear. Talked in-depth with the owner on final expectations. This detail would best be described as a restoration detail. Perfect wasn’t the end goal, factory orange peel was wanted to be left, but also trying to remove as many paint flaws and enhance the gloss, and protect with 2 coats of a great carnuba wax.

Another buddy getting his truck cleaned up and protected with a ceramic coating. We found the last place dropped the ball in a few spots, so it required a little extra work in a few areas, but it turned out fantastic! He uses his truck a lot for work and play, so perfection was not a must and a multi year coating wasn’t needed as he will be bringing it back next year to do it again.

This was a fun project. I was given a budget and told “do what you can do”. He wanted it good enough to take it to a show, if he wanted. So first step is taking the wheels off to properly clean them and get better access to the wheel well and suspension area to get them dialed in! A lot more time was needed on the paint, as it did not cooperate very well, so it was a slow process to do the paint correction step. It was a great turnaround and the client was more then pleased when he came to pick it up!
