Progress on the 71 K20 axle in my plow truck.
Ujoint was bad, Spicer made it 10 years. Next pull cover to see why metal on my fluid.
Dana 44HD had bad spider gears and excessive pinion play 10 years ago when bought and installed said spiders and Dana lockouts. Prepared to yank other side and pull carrier and at least new crush to dial in. Hoping gears good and from bearings, but my luck is long used up...

PT has this evap hose with 180 degree bend that is showing its age, hunted for just a hose with the 180, found this instead. Listed as a fuel hose, but mentions evap so see if worthy. The one on her now is riddled with cracks, this will be better if does not collapse.

AOSmith propane 40g hot water heater 3 flashing lights and no hot water issue.
Watched few videos, saw troubleshooting for this issue. Started at brass fitting on blower housing and found my issue. Condensate gasses had clogged the 1/16 opening on inside end of fitting.
Flipped power switch, pulled fitting, forced piece of stainless wire inside until cleared, reinstalled, turned unit on, back in operation.
This is 1st place to look, next the hose to make sure not clogged with water, then if water present pull switch and drain before testing or before assuming switch is bad as hose aims down to said switch. There are methods to test switch with ohm meter and blowing into hose you can look into if this wasn't your issue.

2003 Suzuki VS800 parts if not sold whole.

This morning she fired up and was quiet, then this rattle. Chain guide issue perhaps? Manual is pretty skimpy on valves and chains, talks about yanking heads but this info can only find up on YouTube and forums.
If she doesn't sell parting out.
$100 tank.
$100 pair of carbs
$50 seat
$75 front or rear rim
$40 brake or clutch master or caliper
$30 either fender
$75 front forks or $100 with triple
$25 bars
$40 starter
$200 block with heads
Ask for anything else...
Otherwise will accept $500 with 2024 battery. Think saw 2024 on it, strong, probably should keep for my 1400 with 5 year old in her.

I was behind a semi in the PT going about 80 getting ready to pass, in its wash, and man it rocked me around pretty good, not sure if the design of hood on PT or if something needs replacing, fine any other time, other than the vibration I hope to remedy with pair of axles.

PT has a minimal vibration that I can only feel in wheel so ordered pair of CV Axles for her, glad looked, output seal leaking.

Since selling the 800 stole the mirrors and bags for the 1400. Nothing special but factory bags.

Adjusted valves.
No longer popping.
Next change oil.

This 03 Suzuki VS800 is backfiring out front jug exhaust. Sounds noisy by heads. Oil is overfilled and dirty. These have hydraulic lifters, not sure if should change oil, pull carbs and check float, give it another dunk or what to do with it..

03 Suzuki VS800 Intruder runs but popping front jug. Some adjustments I hope is all she needs. Front carb easier of the parts to pull at least. Hope no other issues like valves or pickups.
