Well, I have been putting this of as long as possible but might as well do it now. I have to announce that clausen collision is closed. We had a really great run, learned a lot of things and met some great people. I have to thank my wife and kids for putting up with all the grief of never-ending hours, my absence at functions and my over obsessive behavior twards work. I must also thank my father for all his help through the years. And I must thank all my customers and friends, it was truly my pleasure to assist you with all your repairs. But as this door closes another opens so I wish you all the best and thank you!

As a company that provides services to our customers we have realized that there are 3 true ways to complete a service; fast, cheap and good. Unfortuneately the customer may only pick two of the three. Ie: if you want fast and cheap the end result will not be good. If you want fast and good it will not be cheap. Lastly if you want good and cheap it will not be fast.

We take the time to discuss all of the repair options with our customers so no matter witch two they pick, they are happy with the end result!

Please keep this in mind whenever you decide to have a service provided weather on your car or home or whatever it may be.

Are your headlamps yellow, foggy and dim like the one on the right, we can fix that. The lamp on the left was worse the the one on the right but we restored it using a great new product, its not some joke material youu buy at any store. This stuff was tested and approved by Ford MotorCo. They even allow the company producing it to use their name and trademark. Call or stop by for more info. Remember dim lamps make it hard for you to see and for other cars to see you incresing your chance of a accident!

I had a great 3 day training session in Chicago and I am glad to be back at work. We had a great instructor at a great facility, and learned quite a lot. I can also see waterborne basecoat in our near future, what a great product to work with. Thanks to Rick Raymond, PF3 paint supply, Akno Nobel and Ryan Brown for a great and informative trip!

just wanted to let everyone know that there is a lot of steering taking place by insurence companies lately. what that means is that the try to get you to take your car to one of their "prefered" shops. the only reason those shops are prefered is they give the insurnce company big discounts for the refered work, its not that they do a superior job or offer great customer service. you as the owner of the vehicle have the decison of where your car gets fixed, dont let insurence company push you around, they work for you, not the other way around!
