It was a busy day at the track yesterday sorry for the lack of updates but our social media manager was busy assisting Doug Morrison's racing program and did not have the time to make many posts. The recap is this Kyle Llano was unstoppable all day, cutting down the tree and dancing right around the 5.50 index every single pass. It was his day to win and after several rounds he brought it home in the Bluda making this his second win this year with Texas Drag Racing Association NE3. Other local Cooke County racer Keith Otto was on his own path to the finals yesterday where he also won in the NE2 category!! It was a full, fast paced weekend that payed off big in the end! We go on a summer break with TDRA and TXNSS now until late August but we will still have plenty of other fun activities coming at ya in the mean time. 😎🤘🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

🏁It's race day at Xtreme Raceway Park!🏁 The Bluda made a great past last night running right under the index and is ready to go against the competition today! Kyle in the Bluda gave it his best shot in the semi finals of NE3 but a late reaction time sent him down track to be on the opposite side of another double breakout pass ending his day of racing. We are proud of all of our BXV8 Racing racers and friends from Cooke County including Doug Morrison, who took the win in NE2 with his HEMI bantom altered! It was a full weekend with new classes and new tactics and as always it was a learning experience.🤯 Next race is in two weeks back at Xtreme Raceway Park, see yall there! 😎✌️

After first round we are down to one. Chance in "Joe Dart!" had a technical malfunction that resulted in an early shift into third gear which severed his ability to run the index and advance. Kyle in the Bluda had a reaction time advantage that carried through the pass and allowed him to take the win. 😎🏁🏁🏁

Time trials and qualifying are complete. Kyle in the Bluda qualifies number 7 with a 5.52 after his second qualifying pass came up just under the index at a 5.49. He will run Dan Lavely in the silver corvette roadster in first round. Chance in "Joe Dart!" did well in his time trials running a 6.59 and a 6.61 @ 102. Round one coming at ya!! 🏁🏁😎
