Freshly renovated 3 bdrm. 2 bath manufactured home located at Lot #34 in the Evergreen Mobile Home Community in Ionia. This family home is located on a nice lot that includes a shed for additional storage, and a private paved 2-car driveway for off street parking. This home has new flooring through-out, has been freshly painted, new kitchen cabinets, brand new remodeled master bath, and many more upgrades/improvements. Evergreen MHC is a pet friendly community (some restrictions apply. see details located in our pet policy). There is a maximum of (2) pets per household. All pets require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee per pet and the rent is increased an additional $25 per month per pet.
Evergreen has an office located in the North end of the Community which is open Mon-Fri 10:00-4:00 where you are able to talk with a Community Manager. There are also onsite service technicians that in the Community, so we are able to take care of emergency repairs or maintenance issues, even during afterhours and the weekends.
Evergreen MHC accepts applicants who are enrolled in the housing choice voucher program and applicants who are receiving assistance through 8cap or another local housing agency. Evergreen MHC leases are month to month unless requested or required for housing program.
Rent is $1100 per month which includes the lot rent, house rent, and trash service. Security deposit is $1650. Tenant's will be responsible for the gas and electric through Consumers Energy and for the water/sewer billed from the park.
