In these photos, we're tinting the front two windows on a brand-new BMW. One detail you might notice is that we've taped off the felt window seals.

This position is ideal for someone who already has professional detailing experience and is comfortable performing day-to-day detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, vehicle washing, decontamination services, wheel cleaning, and maintaining a high level of quality.

While experience with paint correction and ceramic coatings is a plus, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on advanced polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating installation.

A ceramic coating still needs proper maintenance to keep performing the way it should.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that once a vehicle is coated, it no longer needs regular care. In reality, maintenance is what helps keep the coating looking and working its best.

For normally driven vehicles, we recommend proper hand washing every 2-4 weeks using coating-safe soaps and washing methods. This helps prevent buildup and contamination from sitting on the surface long term.

We also recommend a more in-depth maintenance wash once a year to deep clean the coating and remove contamination that slowly builds up over time.

During maintenance washes, we’re not just cleaning the vehicle. We’re also inspecting the condition of the coating, checking water behavior, and making sure everything is still performing properly.

The coating helps make maintenance easier. Proper maintenance helps the coating last.
