Remember the best way to save money is to drive less.

Yes I am a gear head and yes I said that.

Living only 3 miles away from the shop I would love to be able to safely ride my bicycle to work.
Some reason Indianapolis thinks it is only in center township so they get trail after trail.

With saying that, please keep your eyes open for people walking or riding on the side of the roads.
A lot of people do not wear bright or reflective clothing and that makes them hard to see.

Going into fall please becareful driving.

Congratulations to Sydnie Turner and Wagler Motorsports Park.

Sydnie was supposed to run a 97 C1500 I have been building for her but I ran out of time. So Syd ran my 2006 GMC Duramax 2500HD for one last event.

Sydnie has put "Max" in the winner circle a few times.

Truck does its job every time. With 233944 miles on the odometer it is the true meaning of "Keeping your transportation moving"

I also want to say thank you to Susan Beach for all the hard work she does helping us make this all happen.

Funny how time flies by. Top photo was when I was stationed at Ft Lewis Washington. Was the day I headed to Alaska. Took the Nova to the port so it could be sent up by ship. Drove the 1974 Cutlass to Anchorage. March 1988.

Fast Forward to 2024 same Nova. 2026 Nova still putting a smile on my face.
Some people have therapy animals; I have a therapy car.

The trip to Alaska was a blast. 20-year-old me, no GPS, no cell phone, no digital dash with apps, just a map and a CB.

Recently I took a road trip on a motorcycle. Logged 3980 miles in 6 days. The trip went smoothly other than getting super hot (105 degrees) and strong cross winds (sustained 30 & gust of 50 mph)

Pre trip. Before I headed out all the oils were changed. Brake pads replaced. Looked over the bike very good.

I planed back roads as much as possible. This means most of the time I was completely alone and no traffic coming from either direction. My equipment had to work.

If you are planning a trip the last thing you want to do is forget about the vehicle getting you from point A to B.

A small problem on a timed event could change everything.

So if you are taking a road trip make sure you get your vehicle looked at. Do not wait until the day before. Make sure it is at least a week before.

Make sure your memory is full of good times and not the time you spent getting car repaired.
