The 1st Arrive Drive Day at Roebling Road Raceway!

We had a blast watching four new drivers climb into the JDR and experience Formula 1000 for the first time. Sally Mott and Carputty - Josh - brought energy all day long under blue skies, and the phrase we kept hearing from the track was a simple one: “Holy #@*@ this is fun.”
Sunshine, racecar fun, and happy drivers — that is the whole point. Seat time is the key to driver development, and this is your chance to get it without building the whole program yourself.

Four drivers experiencing F1000 for the first time!

Four years ago at VIR, Alex Mayer put a JDR on the top step and brought home the Formula Atlantic National Championship. That was the last time a JDR rolled into the SCCA Runoffs. We are two weeks out from the return.
This time the fight is on the four miles of Elkhart Lake, and about as tough a place as there is for an F1000 to take on the Swift field in Formula Atlantic. Chassis, aero, and engine development have been in overdrive for over a year, and Nathan Byrd is ready to go hunting that same title: National Champion.
Qualifying is Thursday the 1st and Friday the 2nd. Race day is Sunday the 4th. Watch live all week as the JDR takes the green.

One seat is left in the JDR F1000 for Arrive Drive Day at Roebling Road Raceway on Tuesday, September 15. This is a private open-wheel day with a five-car field, so you get clean track and real laps in a car built for speed and precision.
If you want a little time to settle in first, the Ligier F4 and Radical SR3 will be there too. Then you can step into the F1000 when you are ready.
