😁 Enjoying the Outdoor Fitness Circuit! 😄 Earlier this year, one of the big improvements we made to the park was to provide everyone—regardless of age or fitness level— an outdoor fitness circuit to help us all get moving. Co-owner Katie Deppe and her son, Jonathan, were hamming it up for the camera during an exciting 4th of July weekend, celebrating America's 250th birthday. 🌲 At Indian River RV Resort, we put a lot of time and resources into continuing to improve our guests' experience. Amenities include truly clean bathhouses, a Camp Store for essentials and treats, an on-site Laundromat that is invaluable for our full-time RVers, a heated swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day, fitness facilities both inside and outdoors, playgrounds for kids large and small, a big dog enclosure for potty and play, HAM radio support, and more. For standard cars or SUVs, follow the designated Detour Routes to enjoy the famous Tunnel of Trees this autumn. Nestled among mature trees, our charming log Camping Cabins are a short walk to a hot shower and bathroom, and each cabin has air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a microwave, lights, and electricity for those necessary charges. Enjoy your meals and plan your adventures at the indoor dining table or the picnic table. The fire ring is fun for s’mores after dinner, and the outdoor water faucet makes clean-up a breeze. There’s a full-size bed and a bunk bed, and if you prefer, we can provide fresh, clean linens. We welcome your pets! 🌲Indian River RV Resort is in an area of great beauty and lots to do. Continue the camping adventure by going hiking on the nearby North Central State Trail, or taking to the river (Big Bear Adventures, just 8 minutes down the road, offers tours and kayaks, tubes, and rafts, and has an outdoor fun center with bumper boats, a ropes course, and mini golf, bigbearadventures.com).
