As a local independent auto glass shop, we face real challenges every day.

One of the biggest? The same big corporate chain you see advertising during every major sporting event also owns the third-party billing service that handles most insurance claims.

This week it hit close to home. A family member needed windshield work. When they made the claim, that third-party biller used scare tactics—pushing hard toward their “preferred providers” and saying we weren’t on the list. Worried the repair might not be covered, they went with the corporate machine and its catchy slogan.

Here’s the important reminder: YOU choose who does the work. Your insurance company and their third-party biller do not get to make that decision for you.

Support local. Choose quality. Choose independent. Call on the A-Team.

Our techs pulled up to their final job of the day and found a real mess waiting for them. It was hot, it was ugly, and no one was excited about it.

Thankfully, a couple of vans that had just wrapped up were able to swing by and lend a hand. With extra help and vacuum support on site, the crew dug in, cleaned up the mess, and got the repairs done.

Result? One happy customer, some very thankful techs, and everyone home to their families on time.

Proud of this team for turning a rough end-of-day call into a win.

Most of you see us with four hands on our installations. While we prefer to take the load off of our techs and run them in tandem, sometimes two hands are all we have. We are thankful for the newest tools in our industry that allow us to get the job done even when a tech is on their own.

Whether it’s four hands or two hands, there’s always a lifetime workmanship warranty that covers the customer. Rest assured that we will be there if they need us. Call on the A-Team!
