Today is your reminder that not everyone is knowledgeable in diagnosis. I always verify something someone else has diagnosed. This customer has a 14 terrain 200k miles. She was being told to just do spark plugs and O2 sensors. I got to the vehicle and pulled a code p0016 camshaft and crankshaft correlation issues. Not always but very likely this Is something to do with bad timing. I explained to the customer and suggested a different plan of action. This led me to find a complete worn timing guide if you look closely about half of that guide is gone. The chain is loose and most likely has slipped causing this issue. Something the customer still would have had to deal with even after trusting someone that just simply didn't diagnose it correctly at all.
